The streets of West London will come alive this weekend, when Acton Carnival hits the streets today. There will be a main stage, stalls, cultural quarter, Old Skool tent, family focus, food village, fun fair and other festivities for all to enjoy.

The procession departs from Woodlands Park, Crown Street at noon, and heads down the High Street to Acton Park; there are prizes for the group with the best costume.

Hosted by Acton Community Forum and Ealing Council, the carnival will feature a family area, with face painting, kids’ activities and parent ‘chill out’ zone.
