Over the past five years, ABIR has been consistently delivering an exceptional Notting Hill Carnival Float experience. Over the years, we have strived to meet the needs of our masqueraders in a fun-filled and secure atmosphere by celebrating the positive aspects of LIFE through the use of colour, water paint, dance and music...
