Big Caribbean Lunch returns to Windrush Square this June for its fourth year, bringing the community together for a vibrant day of Caribbean food, music, culture and celebration.
Rooted in honouring the legacy of the Windrush Generation, the event celebrates the rich contribution of Caribbean communities to British life and culture, right in the heart of Brixton. Expect live entertainment, market stalls, family activities and of course: great food.
The most special part of the day is rooted in community- providing a complimentary Caribbean meal for Windrush Elders aged 75 and up, to recognise and celebrate their invaluable contribution, resilience and legacy.
