Featuring contributions from artists such as Jonas Stout, Bespoke Diva, Black History Walks, African Fashion Week, Gary Pate, Showpatrol Films, Wadoo Clothing, Lammy Lapp Gifts and Giles Moberly, the exhibition examines how the Diaspora has impacted art, music, language, fashion and film – as well as bringing carnival arts to the fore with skills including wire sculpture from its chief exponents, Carl and Lynette Gabriel, and carnival costume making by Bacchanalia.

The exhibition launches with its opening event at 7pm on Thursday 4 October, and will then run every day from 5 to 14 October, from 10am until 8pm.
