For 2019, you are invited to #FeteWithTheFirstLadies! Embrace the energy and excitement of Le Rouge et Noir, the all-inclusive fete for Carnival 2019.
The Old Hilarians’ Association (OHA) continues its 23-year legacy of all-inclusive fundraising as one of the first and best all-inclusive school fete experiences in Carnival. Proceeds from this event will be directed to the restorative, maintenance and repair work at Bishop Anstey High School, Port of Spain.
