Art A Light Mas Band (Formerly 'The Bride Outreach / 'The Bride') is an arm of the Eyukamba Foundation, and celebrates the traditions of Carnival rooted in the Church.

It was founded by Angela Morah, who organised a group of creative Christians in West London.

“Arts-A-Light is where the traditional roots of carnival music meet its modern counterparts. Expect everything from gospel, calypso, Soca and Afrobeats to soulful house, garage, classic soul and all in between”–Spotify 2020 Arts-A-Light Sound started as Mobile DJs playing for our sister Costume Band Arts-A-Light Mas, “The Bride” in 1995.

We joined the BASS family in 2009 as Arts-A-Light Sound Collective at the Portobello Rd junction with Bonchurch, North Kensington, W10 5SA. Arts-A-Light celebrates being the first Pentecostal Sound in the carnival as well as being the only group that link the traditions of carnival because carnival is intricately linked with the Church, Africa, the Caribbean, Europe & the Americas.
