The finals of the National Carnival Queen show a staple in the Saint Lucia Carnival event calendar was held last evening a the Pavilion, Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia.
There were 10 contestants chasing the 2023 crown, but as with these competitions, there can only be one winner.
The crown was passed from last year’s winner Xenia Douglas – (Miss BOSL Wise) to Shanice Butcher (Miss Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate).
