The Caribbean: Billionaires’ Paradise is a four-part documentary series on Channel 4 billed as a, “Gloriously escapist look at how the Caribbean islands’ well-heeled residents live, work and relax in a billionaire’s playground”.
The series spotlights some of the rich and powerful people who go to blow off steam (and cash) in the Caribbean, offering insight into the enthralling lifestyle of power players within various industries and from different backgrounds.
The first episode is set in Barbados, where you’re likely to run into the likes of Alison Hinds, the ‘Queen of Soca’ and cultural ambassador for Barbados or twenty-six-year-old Bajan-born global sports star and fast-bowling hero of the England cricket team, Jofra Archer, who may be working, or playing or a little of both.
