Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival announces its 2026 Artists Roster

Did you know Saint Lucia is the only country in the world named after a woman? The Eastern Caribbean island is known for outdoor activities, music nights, and cultural events that draw visitors year-round. After 34 years on the calendar, the Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival remains one of the island’s flagship events, continuing its run in 2026 with an exciting programme that serves jazz, stars and talents. 

The Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival has officially announced its 2026 artists roster on Friday 23 January, confirming the next edition of the event. Louis E. A. Lewis, CEO of the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, made the announcement. The festival will take place from Thursday 30 April to Sunday 10 May under the theme “Timeless Rhythms, Boundless Artistry”. 

This year’s programme brings together international headliners, regional performers, and Saint Lucian artists across community events, themed concert nights, and major venues such as Pigeon Island National Landmark and Rodney Bay.
 
2026 artists roster highlights include: 

  • Opening Night, Thursday 30 April  
    Capleton, Valiant, Asa Bantan, D’YANI, Shervon Sealy, LM Stone, and American country artist Amber Digby. 
     
  • Pure Jazz: Ladies in Concert, Tuesday 5 May  
    Esperanza Spalding, Chantal Esdelle & Moyenne, alongside Saint Lucian artists Camille Charlemagne and Leandra Modeste. 
     
  • Kingdom Night, Wednesday 6 May  
    Tye Tribbett, Ada Ehi, Shirleyann Cyril-Mayers, Nigela St. Clair-Daniel, and Saint Lucian gospel performers. 
     
  • Pure Jazz: Elements of the Arts, Thursday 7 May 
    The Branford Marsalis Quartet, Jesse Billy, and a featured arts presentation by the Cultural Development Foundation. 
     
  • Caribbean Fusion, Friday 8 May  
    Kes the Band, The Original Wailers featuring Al Anderson and Skip Marley, Dexta Daps, and the Saint Lucian Mélange led by Groovy Soca King Imran Nerdy. 
     
  • World Beats, Saturday 9 May  
    Tems, Ella Mai, X-Man, Lu City, Princess Lover, Les Aiglons de Guadeloupe, and October 4. 
     
  • Finale: The Ultimate Celebration, Sunday 10 May  
    Mervin Wilkison and Friends, Beverley Knight, and Billy Ocean. 
     
    Tourism Minister Dr Ernest Hilaire said the festival remains an important way for Saint Lucia to present its stories through music and the arts while supporting the creative sector and tourism. More artist announcements are expected in the coming weeks. Tickets go on sale Sunday 1 February 2026, with full details and updates available at saintluciajazzandartsfestival.com
