Ingredients
- 8–10 fresh passion fruits (about 1½ cups pulp)
- 2 cups cold water
- ¼–½ cup sugar, to taste
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Optional: a squeeze of lime for extra freshness
Method
- Cut the passion fruits and scoop out the pulp into a blender.
- Add water and sugar, then blend lightly to mix.
- Strain for a smooth drink or keep the seeds if you prefer.
- Pour into glasses over ice and enjoy chilled.
