On Saturday 3 January, the Dominica Music Awards 2025 took place at the InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa in Portsmouth, Dominica.
The Creole Heartbeat event recognised outstanding achievements in Dominican music across 24 categories. Nine outstanding legends also received Lifetime Achievement Awards and Special Honours.
The night was a celebration of the island’s musical excellence, with results reflecting the diversity, creativity, and strength of Dominican music today.
