The UK Caribbean Food Awards 2025 took place on Monday 24 November, at the Hilton Croydon. The event brought together chefs, caterers, and cultural figures for an evening centred on food, skill, and Caribbean culture. Guests enjoyed fine dining, stage performances, and a full list of award presentations.
One of the spotlight of the night fell on Chef Jason Howard, who won the Most Outstanding Chef Award. Howard is a Bajan chef, an Emmy award winner, and the author of The Modern Caribbean Chef, the first book to present modern Caribbean cuisine. His work in kitchens across the UK and the Caribbean, along with his writing, has built his reputation and placed him at the centre of this year’s awards.
