Trinidad and Tobago artist Jimmy October has released his new single TIME on Thursday 12 September, a mix of soca, dancehall and afrobeats. Produced by Brooklyn Decent, known for his work with Kes and Shenseea, and Pops (Jelani Shaw), the track is the second release from his forthcoming EP Episode 3, which drops on Friday 10 October, on Ineffable Records.
October has been picking up speed with his 2024 project, “From October With Love,” which features Mical Teja and Coutain, and through consecutive US tours alongside Ruger and Kes. Earlier in his career, he earned recognition from outlets such as FADER and was named one of Complex’s “10 Artists to Watch from Trinidad and Tobago” in 2019.
With TIME, October takes his music further and reaches listeners worldwide.
