All fetes held at Ministry of Sport facilities must now start no earlier than 12 noon and end at 10 pm.

She added that the National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC) has been instructed to hire acoustic engineers to design sound systems that reduce noise and vibration for nearby communities.
