The Chutney Soca Monarch semi-final will take place on Friday 30 January at the Flava Food Village, Queens Park Savannah, Port of Spain. This round will determine which artists advance to the next stage of the 2026 Chutney Soca Monarch competition.
Thirty-three artists have qualified for this phase, and this is the first time the semi-final will be held in Port of Spain. Three-time Chutney Soca Monarch winner KI Persad is among these finalists and is finally making an appearance after a decade. A wildcard selection spot is reserved for a random finalist, making the total number of semi-finalists 34.
