Lumi-Nation J'Ouvert

LUMI-NATION is Dominica’s longest serving J’ouvert fete and mas troupe – pioneered by Signal Band & Fantacy Tribe. The event boasts of offering patrons an irresistible experience of live music and entertainment, premium drinks and sponsor treats – in the presence of light, color, paint and powder.

IN BLU RAY – The scene is set, and the vibes is ready to hit full volume! This year we experience J’ouvert in Blu Ray: sharp, vivid, unforgettable.

Part 1: The pre-fete: Gather around the big truck in an enclosed venue with unlimited drinks, nonstop music, and unmatched j’ouvert vibes!

Part 2: The road: Follow the big truck through the streets of roseau with continued unlimited drinks, unmatched j’ouvert vibes, and plenty riddim!

Fact: Lumi-Nation is Dominica’s longest serving j’ouvert mas troupe. We were awarded “Largest Jou Ouve Band” for Mas Domnik 2018, 2019, 2020, 2023 , 2024 and 2025 by the Dominica Festivals Committee (DFC). We hosted a virtual edition in the pandemic year of 2021 and presented a Cooler Fete Edition in 2022.
