Ingredients
- 50ml Wray and Nephew rum
- 100ml pineapple juice
- 100ml orange juice
- 25ml Grenadine syrup
- 10ml lime juice.
Method
- Shake all the ingredients with plenty of ice until cold.
- Pour into a tall glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a pineapple leaf.
