The 2023 instalment of the Saint Lucia National Panorama competition, which is one of the major national events in Saint Lucia’s carnival calendar, reached its conclusion in front of the judges and an enthusiastic crowd on Sunday 9 July at The Sab, Vigie, Saint Lucia.
The Courts Babonneau Steel Orchestra, who emerged winners last year, snapped up the title again with their melodious pan music.
Saint Lucia Carnival 2023 took place from Saturday 1 to Wednesday 19 July.
