Verrse (Jahiem Thomas) has done it again. He won the Soca Titans title for the second year in a row, taking the 2025 crown with his song Paradise.
The artist first claimed the title in 2024 and this year, he definitely defended it at the Tobago Soca Titans finals, held on Wednesday, October 22, at Market Square Carpark.
Ten finalists competed for the title, but Verrse came out on top, earning the TT $75,000 (about £46,000) first prize. Kedane O’Connor placed second with Shake It, while Tam Tam came third with Lean.
Verrse had previously placed second in the Youth Soca Champion 2025 earlier this year, proving his consistency as one of Tobago’s top soca performers.
The show brought out some of Tobago’s best soca talents.
