Soca Meets Bashment

We promote carnival in a very unique way, our Mas represents Jamaica and with that ‘out of many one people’. This means that while representing Jamaica we also recognise the many different peoples and backgrounds that make up Jamaica as a country. Jamaican Twist embraces all of the other Islands and the rest of the world, we also recognise that we are all one people. We try to represent this within our band by promoting diversity. Jamaican representation within the carnival Mas on the road brings a different dynamic that is unique in its own right. We will be developing costumes within our band and will be looking to utilise the creative skills of the people from within. We also want to develop the dancing culture that Jamaica has championed and pioneered throughout the many decades.
