Arcadia Mas Band, formerly known as Cindy Paul and Associates began their nine (9) year journey in 2011 making their National Carnival debut, with the theme “Tinkerbell and friends” where they copped 7th place in the small band category. The band went on to succeed in the Tobago Carnival market making them one of the most recognized and consistent bands on the island.

Conceived by Mrs. Paul following the passion of her deceased parents Cora and James Paul. The family business evolved with support from her husband Kevin Ramcharan and nephew Atiba De Leon, whom she referred to as the backbone of company. Passing the torch to her nephew lead to the rebranding and rejuvenation of Cindy Paul and Associates to Arcadia Mas Band Limited. Mr. De Leon along with his experienced and knowledgeable team is forged with the responsibility of bringing new initiatives and experiences to the Tobago Carnival Market.
