The TASPO 75 anniversary celebrations continue with the 12th International Conference in Carnival Arts: Steelpan, Calypso and Mas, bringing together artists, academics, musicians and producers to discuss the development and future of carnival arts.

The conference takes place from 22 to 23 July 2026 at the University of West London’s London College of Music, with workshops scheduled for 24 July.

Organised by Nostalgia Steelband’s Carnival Arts Conference, the event continues a programme established in 2006, providing a platform for research, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the global carnival community.
