The St. Kitts & Nevis National Carnival Committee has unveiled a roster of 26 gifted performers, selected from submissions made before the Friday 10 November deadline.
The artists will showcase their music in the elimination stage on Friday 1 December, which marks the preliminary stage of the SKELEC Power Soca Monarch Competition 2023.
The elimination stage, which will see ten artists advance to the final stage, promises to display local talent against the backdrop of the lively carnival spirit of Sugar Mas.
The reigning Power and Groovy Soca Monarch winners, Stadics and Mr Bagnall, will automatically progress to the finals and declare their participation in this year’s competition by Friday 1 December, the day of the eliminations.
The Skelec Power Soca Monarch Competition finals are scheduled for Thursday 21 December.
