The 2025 Barbados Food and Rum Festival is “The Ultimate Foodie Dream Weekend.” The events take place across several locations in Barbados, like Oistins, Speightstown, and Queen’s Park. The four-day celebration highlights the island’s reputation as the culinary capital of the Caribbean and the birthplace of rum.
Running from November 6 to November 9, festival events include Oistins Under the Stars, a lively outdoor evening of grilled fish and local dishes with entertainment; The Rum Route, which takes visitors on tours to famous distilleries and bars; cooking demonstrations by top local and international chefs; and the Liquid Gold Feast, a fine dining experience with gourmet cuisine and top-notch cocktails at CARIFESTA House.
The festival has earned the title of Caribbean’s Best Culinary Festival at the World Culinary Awards for two years in a row, in 2023 and 2024. This recognition demonstrates its growing reputation for exhibiting Barbados’s food and rum culture to the world.
Visitors can look forward to expertly prepared meals, rum tastings, live music, and the chance to learn from chefs and mixologists throughout this signature Caribbean event. Visit @foodandrumbarbados on Instagram for more information and ticketlinkz.com to grab your tickets.
