Join the Caribbean Skills Bank and Connect, Build and Support

|

Released Date

Caribbean nationals abroad continue to send money home, support families, fund school fees, and invest in community projects. Many also return often, mentor youth, and support local businesses. The Caribbean 2030 Leaders Network saw this potential in 2016 and pushed for a central place to gather these skills. That idea is now active.

The Caribbean Diaspora Skills Directory CIC (CDSD CIC) is building a reliable database of professionals and trained workers across every field. The aim is simple: help the region respond faster, plan better, and link the right people to the right tasks.

Why join the Directory?

What the CDSD CIC works toward:

• Stronger links between the Diaspora and the region.
• Clear information for partners, leaders, and institutions.
• Collaboration that improves training, innovation, and long-term development.
