Saint Lucia has scored a major international partnership after being named the official destination partner of English Premier League club Arsenal FC.
The deal will begin with the 2026/27 season and is aimed at boosting the island’s global visibility—particularly in the UK, one of its key visitor markets.
Through the collaboration, the Caribbean destination will be promoted to Arsenal’s worldwide fanbase, giving the island exposure to millions of supporters across Europe, Africa and the diaspora.
As part of the agreement, Saint Lucia’s branding will appear at Emirates Stadium during league and cup matches, as well as across the club’s digital platforms. The partnership will also include joint marketing campaigns and fan engagement initiatives designed to strengthen the island’s international appeal.
Importantly, the deal goes beyond tourism. Plans are in place to develop a football Academy Hub in Saint Lucia, creating opportunities for young people through coaching, mentorship and pathways into the sport.
The move highlights how Caribbean destinations are increasingly using sport to expand global reach and drive economic growth.
