On Sunday 14th May, get a taste of Notting Hill Carnival 2023 as Colours Carnival X One World Rebellion launch their Carnival Monday theme “TRIBAL FANTASY”, with a live performance from Soca royalty Bunji Garlin and Fay-Ann Lyons.
