Barbadian singer and songwriter Chrissy D has released a pre-Crop Over song, Final Stage, as she waits for Crop Over 2022. The song, which was released on 5 May, describes revellers at the final stage of Grand Kadooment.
Speaking about the song, the brand ambassador for Lux Carnival says she was inspired to write Final Stage as she imagined her final stages of Grand Kadooment. The song is about the last lap, the ending of an event, the final stages, when you know you have to grab this last chance to enjoy yourself before it ends.
