The final of the 2019 Miss World competition was held on Saturday 14 December at Excel London in Docklands, and Miss Jamaica, Toni-Ann Singh, has been crowned Miss World 2019. The 23 year old beat back a field of 111 other contestants vying for the crown.
Toni-Ann, who was born in St Thomas, Jamaica plans to study medicine and become a doctor after her reign is over.
