Roti Joupa opens in Stratford

|

Following their celebrated ten-year (2012 to 2022) presence in South West London, opposite Clapham North Underground Station, Roti Joupa has now re-emerged and opened its doors in Stratford, East London. This, in addition to their other branches in Finsbury Park and Shepherd’s Bush.

After a leisurely 15-minute walk from Stratford Station, or a bus ride exiting at WaterLane/UEL, you can find them at 85 Vicarage Lane, E15 4HG. Robin and Nisha Singh opened shop on 28 September, and are looking forward to delighting existing aficionados and converting Newham residents to authentic Trinidadian cuisine.

With seating available for 12 people, toilet facilities and card payment soon to be introduced, this will be their largest store to date. For those not familiar with Trinidadian food, including doubles, macaroni pie, pholourie and buss up shot, the opportunity to eat one’s way through this £3-per-portion menu is an exciting one for the East End community.
