Bajan soca artist Rupee (Rupert Clarke) has released his newest single, Trust Issues.
The Tempted To Touch singer, who has gained recognition for his sultry lyrics, infectious rhythms, and charismatic stage presence, shared the inspiration behind the song, saying, “Trust is such a fundamental aspect of human connection, yet it’s often fraught with uncertainty. This song reflects that struggle but also celebrates resilience and self-discovery.”
The song also draws from the complexities of human relationships. It combines afro beats and soca music to create a unique and upbeat tune that will capture listeners’ attention and prove his stature as a Soca trailblazer.
