St Kitts Music Festival

|

After two pandemic-darkened years, the organisers of the St Kitts Music Festival have relaunched the event. As well as concerts, they are promising parties and performances from international acts – including top soca artists – at the Kim Collins Athletic Stadium in Bird Rock, Basseterre.

Ellison ‘Tommy’ Thompson, CEO of the St Kitts Tourism Authority, explained: “The festival once again allows us the opportunity to showcase our local Kittitian talent among some of the world’s renowned artists. Visitors can revel in the music at night, and explore the island by day by touring on the Caribbean’s only Scenic Railway, hiking through the lush rainforest, visiting the iconic Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park or soaking up the island’s beach bar vibe at The Strip.”

For more than two decades the festival has brought together world-class R&B, jazz, hip hop, soca, reggae, dancehall and other international entertainers.
