CPMC also confirmed that all music competitions for the 2026 Carnival season will operate under the updated Competition Rules and Regulations, with revised registration requirements now in effect. Under the updated rules, an artist or group may only register once and must perform the same song throughout the competition.

CPMC is encouraging artists to rise to the challenge and contribute to a Carnival season defined by creativity, excellence and national pride.

Saint Lucia Carnival is scheduled to take place from Monday 20 to Tuedsay 21 July 2026.
