The Carnival Planning and Management Committee has announced the finalists for the 2026 Calypso Monarch competition following a weekend of semi-final performances. Nine calypsonians earned their place in the final after delivering two original songs on Sunday 28 June.
The final takes place on Saturday 11 July at SAB Vigie, where competitors will challenge reigning monarch Dezral.
Advance tickets cost EC$60 (£17) and are available via 4circlestickets.com, The Cell outlets islandwide, and Steve’s Barbershop in Castries. Gate admission will be EC$80 (£22).
