The Carnival Planning and Management Committee has revealed the finalists for the 2026 Groovy and Power Soca Monarch competitions, following the semi-finals held at the National Cultural Centre on Friday 26 June.
Forty artists competed across both categories, with nine finalists advancing in each. They will go head-to-head for the titles at SAB Vigie on Friday 10 July.
Reigning Groovy Soca Monarch Nerdy returns to defend the Groovy crown, while Dezral and Jardel are set to defend their Power Soca Monarch titles.
Advance tickets cost EC$60 (£17) and are available via 4circlestickets.com, The Cell outlets, and Steve’s Barbershop in Castries. Gate admission will be EC$80 (£22).
