Join Chef Sham as we celebrate a Caribbean Christmas with his innovative menu.

It’s about we belly!
*Scotch bonnet glazed ham and freshly baked bread
*Black eye peas, pelau balls with a pineapple salsa
*Chicken wings in a scotch bonnet sorrel jam
*Mini pastelle – dried pigeon peas & salsa verde
*Sweet potato and plantain balls with mango aioli
Special menu: £7.50 each item or £30 for all 5.

Drinks ah plenty!
We will have home made Trinibago Christmas drinks like Sorrel, Ponche de Cream, Guinness Punch and Ginger Beer.

Ah little sweet ting!
Sweetbread, Casava Pone, Black Cake and our butter scotch rum caramel tiramisu.

Yes, other food will be on sale too including roti with curries and we are doing doubles at 50% off from 5-7pm.
Only bookings will access the special menu and discounted prices.

Dancing is a must!
So we will have a DJ on the night from 6pm playing parang, soca parang, chutney and soca. It promises to add some sparkle and warmth this winter!
