This special event features two high-energy 90-minute sessions powered by Soca and Dancehall music, and 3 instructors!
A full RideDSoca indoor cycling experience with two instructors: Donalda from RideDSoca & a guest instructor Iris from the Netherlands! Expect climbs, sprints, and fun carnival vibes!
A mix of RideDSoca soca x dancehall spin plus a booty-burning barre/booty fitness finisher with guest instructor Ily from the Netherlands! We will keep the energy high and the legs shaking ;).
