Condé Nast readers rate Dominica’s Secret Bay among Top 40 Caribbean Resorts

|

Dominica’s Secret Bay is among the Top 40 Caribbean Resorts nominated in the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards as one of the leading tourist locations in the Caribbean. The resort is known for its opulent architectural design.

Secret Bay is among the properties participating in Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programme, which enables holiday-makers to own sustainably built luxury properties by taking up second citizenship in the country.

The CBI programme has been in operation for more than two decades. Families can buy into national development or a designated property. Secret Bay, Marriott, Kempinski, Hilton and Jungle Bay are among the real estate properties available to investors.

Professional Wealth Management magazine experts recently rated the programme as the world’s best opportunity for second citizenship because it is both comprehensive and relatively inexpensive.

Dominica says the advantages of taking out second citizenship are possession of a home in a stable economy with a currency pegged to the US dollar, visa-free or visa-on-arrival travel to almost 75% of global destinations, business opportunities, access to good-quality education and healthcare institutions and the opportunity to contribute to the country’s tourism and economy.
