Indo-Caribbean London will host its first ever event, Culture Fest, on Saturday 29 June. The indoor festival will feature dancers, musicians, and other artists from the community, plus you can whet your appetite with authentic Trinidad and Guyanese dishes. There will also be a variety of stalls from across the Indo-Caribbean community in London. Everyone is welcome.
Indo-Caribbean London was created by Chandani Persaud, former Miss Trinidad and Tobago UK. Daughter of dancing duo Fidel and Isha Persaud, Chandani trained in the Kathak style of Indian Dance at the Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, West Kensington.
Culture Fest will be held at the Ilford Sports Club, 3 Cricklefield Place, Ilford, IG1 1FY. For further information and tickets, visit Eventbrite.
