Queen is the latest soca single from former Soca News, UK Groovy Soca Monarch, Ms Desire.
The single produced by DJ Lokdown was released in November 2020 and carries an infectious beat as it delivers the message that all women are queens and should be treated that way.
Expressing her love for her new music, the talented singer who joined the North London Performing Arts School at the age of 11, said: “This pandemic has been a blessing and a curse. I’ve struggled with not being able to perform, as that’s what I love to do, but I’m also blessed to have had this time to create and work on new music that I can’t wait to share with the world.”
Anything You Want, Soca Raised Me and Doing Me are some of Ms Desire’s popular songs.
The singer and creative entrepreneur has demonstrated that artistry is not on lockdown as she continues to blaze the trail with her award-winning creative agency – Desire and Aspire. She also runs Infinite Mas, a carnival band which takes part in Notting Hill Carnival.
