Yung Bredda (Akhenaton Lewis) has been nominated for a MOBO Award in the Best Caribbean Music Act category. The Trinidadian King of Steam had a remarkable 2025, highlighted by his mega-hit The Greatest Bend Over on the Big Links Riddim, which has accumulated 22 million views on YouTube to date. This success has propelled the artist to the top of many playlists.
The MOBO Awards, founded by Kanya King in 1996 to celebrate music of Black origin, will commemorate its 30th anniversary this year.
